nothing doing.
i just joined the pearl jam fan club, a long time overdue. it cost $20 dollars, and i really don't have that to spend on something like a fan club, BUT...i'm sure it'll be worth it. i started reading another Doestoevsky book...this one is called "The Idiot" and that is exactly what it is making me feel like. Whatever.

Oh yes, you and Jon are definitely friends. LOL I know how much he likes Pearl Jam as well. I tend to join fan clubs to get concert ticket presales, so if the artist doesn't come near me, I'm not as apt to join. The problem I really have is that if I joined them all I'd be starving for sure. LOL
Dosteoevsky would be a challenge. :) I'm reading "A Long Obedience in the Same Direction" by Eugene H. Peterson. It's good so far, but I don't think it's going to make me feel very "comfortable." LOL

I've always wanted to read The Idiot. Every time I pass it at a bookstore I'm tempted to pick it up but I never seem to have the time to really devote to such an intricate book.

i have a love-hate relationship with books, or any media, like that. i love it because they show me how little i know and how much more there is to learn in hte world. i hate them because i don't like feeling incompetent.

Russian novels are doozy. I tried reading the Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov, but I could only get through about half of it before I was completely confused.

I saw you on the USA network. It was exciting.
