quote of my day.

"seeking what is true is not seeking what is desirable"--albert camus. A lot of what I'm thinking about is already based on a presumption.

presumption sucks, I have lived my life a whole 18 years based on presumptions. Only now, as I begin my eighteenth year of life, I am beginning to unlearn all of what's been taught to me over they years and what I've accepted as blind truth.

It's a long an frustrating fight, but it's one I hope to win or at least learn something in the end.

I hope the same for you is true.

It's an interesting quote. I think in reality it's rather a paradox that the quote is both true and not true at the same time, or so it seems to me. :) I rather desire the truth, but when I find it, I don't always want to hear it (which probably ties into what it means in the first place.) LOL

It would be hard to function without some presumptions, but sometimes you have to set them aside.
